Refund and Returns Policy

At Mystic BioLabs, we take product quality and customer satisfaction seriously. Because our products are sensitive research materials, returns are accepted only under the conditions described below. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

Mystic BioLabs may accept a return when:

• The product arrived damaged or defective.
• The incorrect product was delivered.
• The return request is submitted within seven days of delivery.
• The product remains unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• The return is authorized by Mystic BioLabs before it is shipped back.

Products that have been opened, used, altered, improperly handled, or improperly stored cannot be returned.

Do not send a product back without first receiving return authorization from Mystic BioLabs. Unauthorized returns may be refused and may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used products.
• Products removed from their original packaging.
• Products that are no longer in their original condition.
• Products damaged by improper handling or storage.
• Products exposed to unsuitable temperatures or conditions after delivery.
• Clearance, discounted final-sale, or otherwise designated non-returnable items.
• Products returned without prior authorization.
• Products returned after the applicable return period.

Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If a product is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, contact Mystic BioLabs within 48 hours of the carrier’s recorded delivery time.

Your claim should include:

• Your full name.
• Your order number.
• A clear description of the issue.
• Clear photographs or video showing the product, packaging, shipping label, and damage or error.
• Photographs of all products received when an item is missing or incorrect.

Please retain the product, its original packaging, and the shipping materials until your claim has been resolved. Mystic BioLabs may require additional photographs, documentation, or return of the product before approving a refund or replacement.

Failure to report an order issue within 48 hours may affect our ability to verify the claim and may result in the claim being denied.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

After a returned product is received and inspected, Mystic BioLabs will notify you whether the refund has been approved or denied. Approved refunds are generally submitted promptly, but your bank or payment provider may require 5–10 business days to post the credit to your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by Mystic BioLabs or the product was confirmed to be damaged or defective upon delivery.

Mystic BioLabs does not issue refunds for delays caused by a bank, payment processor, or other financial institution after the refund has been submitted.

Replacements and Exchanges

Mystic BioLabs may replace a product when it is confirmed to be:

• Damaged during shipment.
• Defective upon delivery.
• Incorrectly fulfilled.
• Missing from the order.

Exchanges are not available for preference changes, mistakenly ordered products, or products that are no longer wanted.

Depending on product availability and the circumstances of the claim, Mystic BioLabs may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund. If the original product is no longer available, we may offer a comparable resolution or issue a refund for the affected item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the return is required because Mystic BioLabs supplied an incorrect, damaged, or confirmed defective product.

When Mystic BioLabs is responsible for the return, we may provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse reasonable authorized return-shipping expenses.

All returns should be sent using a trackable shipping service. Mystic BioLabs is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, damaged, or delivered to an incorrect address.

Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided after the return request is approved.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted before an order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order enters fulfillment or has been transferred to the shipping carrier, it cannot be canceled. If a cancellation request is received after processing has begun, Mystic BioLabs will determine whether cancellation is still reasonably possible.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be stopped.

Delivery and Address Issues

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Mystic BioLabs is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, misdelivered, or lost because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address.

If a package is returned to Mystic BioLabs because of an address error, refusal, or failure to accept delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent. Original shipping charges are not refundable in these circumstances.

A shipment marked as delivered by the carrier is considered delivered unless the available evidence establishes a shipping or fulfillment error. Customers should promptly contact the carrier and Mystic BioLabs regarding suspected theft, misdelivery, or loss after delivery.

Research-Use Disclaimer

All products sold by Mystic BioLabs are intended strictly for laboratory, analytical, and research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption, medical use, veterinary use, diagnostic use, or therapeutic use.

Mystic BioLabs is not responsible for damage, loss, or other issues caused by misuse, improper handling, improper storage, unauthorized resale, or use outside the product’s intended research purpose.
